Last week, a group of Year 4 boys travelled to St Ives to compete in the HSSP Regional Futsal tournament. There was 10 teams taking part, split into two groups of five teams. Little Paxton lost their first game but managed to win their second and third games. This meant they finished top of their group and progressed into the final against Warboys Primary School. It was an end to end match with both teams pushing for the opening goal. Unfortunately, Little Paxton lost the game 5-2 but the children battled hard and gave it their all. The team should feel incredibly proud of their performance and for finishing second place in their first outing for the Paxton Panthers.
Well done to Diaz, Harrison, Freddie, Rohan, Rocco, Roman, Teddy and Noah.
