The Priory Junior School Cross Country Championships 2025 saw an impressive turnout, with 61 teams from schools across Cambridgeshire competing in a thrilling display of endurance and determination. Among them, Little Paxton entered two strong teams made up of talented Year 5 and 6 runners, who showcased incredible effort throughout the event.
The Little Paxton A team, consisting of Ethan, Aubin, Amelia, and Molly, put in a fantastic performance, finishing in a respectable 30th position. Their teamwork and resilience were evident as they navigated the challenging course with determination.
The B team, featuring Mahau, Josie, Elise, and Tallulah, also gave an outstanding performance, securing 41st place in the competition. Their commitment and perseverance were commendable as they tackled the tough conditions of the race.
It was a fantastic effort from both teams, and a huge well done to all the children who took part. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly inspiring, and they should all be incredibly proud of their achievements!
