At Little Paxton we believe every individual matters and has the potential to achieve excellence.  We have high expecations of all members of our community.

We model kindness and compassion to all, irrespective of differences and teach our children to embrace diversity.  We believe this raises self esteem and develops courage and resilience and enables us to work together to remove barriers to achievement.  We strongly believe there is no ceiling to learning.

We strive to deliver a rich, creative and meaningful curriculum and constantly seek to improve teaching and learning for all.  Our learning environments are attractive, stimulating and informative and instil a sense of pride and celebrate our community.

Our aims and expectations

We aim to provide a curriculum that develops our children to be curious, excited, ambitious, articulate, inspired and knowledgeable.

We promote fundamental British Values which are: democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect for and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith.

Our expectations are that children are READY (to learn), RESPECTFUL (to everyone) and SAFE.
