The Little Paxton Panthers girls team put in a fantastic effort at the 2025 Pokémon Cup, where they competed in four exciting matches against Crosshall Junior School and Brampton Primary School. Brampton proved to be a very strong side and managed to defeat the Panthers on two occasions, but the games against Crosshall were much closer and full of drama. In one memorable match, the Panthers took an early lead thanks to a brilliant goal from Ruby, who scored directly from a corner. However, in the dying moments, Crosshall struck twice in quick succession to snatch the win. Despite the tough results, it was a great day out, and for many of the girls it was their first experience of playing competitive football. Well done to all of them who took part!
